Project Management Fundamentals

5-15 Participants; Four Session Series (each session - 4 hours)*

Provides the tools, knowledge, insights and skills project managers need to plan execute, and control projects: setting goals, defining scope, creating plans, developing a work breakdown structures, scheduling, executing project plans and managing risk.

 

The series also provides tips and skills for improving leadership and management skills. Exercises and activities are used to allow participants to apply the skills immediately and reinforce learning.

Leadership and Management Skills

Each topic is covered in 4 hour sessions. Customization of workshops for particular needs is available.

Myers-Briggs Type Indicator

5-20 Participants; 4 Hours

Understand your own personality and how different personality types interact with each other. 

Excellent for team-building and leadership development in small to large organizations; or for couples who are interested in exploring how personality preferences effect couple’s communication, life transitions, and interactions.    

 

The MBTI is a well-known personality instrument which has been used for over 40 years. It provides insight as to how individuals communicate, obtain information, make decisions and organize their environment.

 

Participants will:

  • Complete an assessment and identify their MBTI personality preference 

  • Understand their 4-letter MBTI personality type.

  • Explore Personality Type through Workshop Exercises and Activities

  • Recognize their personality strengths and weaknesses and how to replace weaknesses with skills

  • Understand how to effectively work with others including conflict resolution, motivation, communication and change management. 

Planning, Executing and Managing Change

Four Session Series (each session - 4 hours)*

Provides practical actions and skills to empower leaders at all levels to succeed with planning, executing and managing changes in their organizations.

Operating Procedures

5-15 Participants; 4 Hours*

Provides step-by-step instructions to create the procedures you need to document the knowledge, process and instructions that are essential to maintaining quality and growing your business.

 

Participants will learn:

  • Benefits of establishing operating procedures and work instructions

  • How to start an operating procedures development project

  • Standardization of operating procedures development

  • Best practices for writing operating procedures

  • How to implement, conduct training and evaluate your operating procedures program
